As of yesterday, I had gone to the gym a total of four times since last Monday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday).
One time short of my goal because I had to go to see my man last week to take care of some relationship business. While in San Antonio, I did go on Wednesday and Saturday. On Saturday we went together. It was cute, but for some reason, I couldn't get my workout IN like I do when I am at home in Austin.
I'm totally committed this time to working out. Yesterday I purchased a FitBit to help me stay on track.

Today, I started my two-a-days! I went this morning and worked out from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and then tonight Moniek and I went back. We were SUPPOSED to do BodyCombat, but about 15 minutes in, we decided that class was NOT for us!!! Instead, we did weight training. It was actually fun. I truly feel like working out with a buddy is better. Tomorrow morning, I plan to go to swim class, so hopefully my work schedule doesn't go too haywire.
1. Work out 2x/day at least 3 days a week. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
2. On Monday and Friday, at least go and do 30 minutes in the morning. (Thank God for flexible work hours!)
3. When it's time to get married (word on the street is that the engagement is coming soon), I would like for my wedding dress to be no more than a 18/20.
